Hello there and welcome to my site.
My name is Yngve , but most of my friends call me Inka , I am living in Nordland in Norway and I am interested in WW2 history. I collect artifacts, I am part of a soldier recovery group in Latvia and I am member of the German and the Latvian War Grave Commissions. I make miniature models and I also write articles for history- and miniature modelling magazines. I started this site in November 2013 as I wanted to share my passion for expeditions and relics, and had an idea about having a small hobbyshop. So here you`ll find lots of articles from different world war 2 sites, museum reports and bunker tours, or treks deep into the forests to forgotten places. I have many years experience as museum guide, and Guided tours of German coastal fortifications and POW camps in Norway, or museum and battlefields in Latvia and Estonia can be arranged. Please contact me, contact form on the bottom of this page or send a email to the adress below.
