Cuff Links - British .303 The Norwegian Campaign 1940
British .303 casings found in Allied fighting positions near the Polar Circle in Northern Norway from May 1940 where they tried to stop the German invasion force steamrolling its way north.
Headstamp marked "RL" from the producer Royal Laboratory, Woolwich Arsenal.
The casings was found while metal detecting on private land and made into this pair of unique and historic cuff links.
Comes in a cool military looking wooden box marked with the War Department arrow.
